Marcais is from Atlanta, GA a city known as much for its southern hospitality as for its contributions to the civil rights movement. As the city continues to evolve its legacy steeped in notable faith leaders, musicians and comfort foods, Marcais hopes to play an integral role in ushering in the new wave of community and culture.

Additionally, Mr. Frazier is a social innovator that works to help young people, families and communities achieve improved well-being. Over the past 5 years, Marcais has led countless trainings using the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework and also founded the RBA Professional Certification program with Clear Impact.

Mr. Frazier has over 10 years of experience designing and leading community-based projects and He is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), and certified in RBA and Diversity Coaching. Marcais’ personal motto is, TWAM, Together We Accomplish More.
